Industrial wastewater treatment technology - Compact MBBRCFIC
Biological membrane method continuous flow intermittent cleaning
New generation of biofilm technology
CFIC The fully mixed fixed biofilm system is a new generation of biofilm technology. It combines all the advantages of the traditional biofilm reactor and overcomes the disadvantages and limitations of the traditional biofilm reactor.
About fixed membrane technology
● CFIC The basic principle of biofilm technology is microorganisms attached and growing on the surface of a polyethylene block carrier or filler. The carrier provides a protected surface area for microbial growth. Biofilm treatment has a high load and does not have the problems of plugging and shock.
● CFIC The packing rate of the biological membrane carrier in the reactor is extremely high (usually 90-99%), which prevents the problem of filler free movement often seen in MBBR reactors.
● CFIC The purpose of the design is to increase the capacity of wastewater treatment, reduce the footprint and energy consumption.
● Industrial energy saving—Effectively reduce energy consumption by up to 20-30%!
● Reuse—Reuse recycled water and wastewater in the loop.
● Discharge water quality — The discharge water quality is good.
● Low investment cost—Reduction in the use of membrane separation or advanced treatment, resulting in lower investment costs.
● Flexible application — Suitable for upgrading and improvement of existing SBR, MBR or MBBR systems to enhance wastewater treatment capacity.
●High performance—Enhanced biological treatment capacity, higher efficiency of biofilm. Wastewater treatment technology-Compact MBBR
